We ensure that our products are completely free from internal defects. 100% Inspection is done through Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector to determine internal defects.
Every single bars are tested for Chemical and Mechanicals & are certified to ensure, only the quality product is offered to our customers.

Grades
Being a fully integrated mill, Osco Ventures is capable of producing more than 100 grades in stainless steel including austenitic, martensitic, ferritic, duplex etc. Here are some of the grades which we have produced in the past and many of them are in regular production. Any specific chemistry which is not mentioned below can be supplied after discussion with our quality department. Other than stainless we would be happy to cater your requirements of alloy steel as well.
