Seamless Hydraulic & Instrumentation Tubes
Hydraulic & Instrumentation Tubes also referred as Pressure Tubes, plays critical role in safe and trouble free operations of user industry. These tubes are produced in size 6.00mm OD to 50.80mm OD in all major stainless steel grades and specifications like ASTM, ASME, DIN, EN, JIS, NF etc., as required by the industry.
These tubes are controlled processed to final dimension from Mother Hollow by cold drawn process and finally bright annealed to get the required tensile strength to withstand the pressure flowing through these lines. Mangalam Tubicore has high competence in the manufacturing of these precision tubes.
These tubes are generally used in Instrumentation & Control lines, Compressors, Process Lines, Fuel & CNG lines, Safety Systems, Signal & Transmission lines, Hydraulic System, Subsea Equipment, Pneumatic lines and Sampling & Analyser Lines etc.

Seamless Heat Exchanger Tubes & U Tubes
Heat Exchangers are critical equipment in user industries and we offer seamless Tubes & U Tubes in all grades and as per customer’s drawings within assured timelines.
We manufacture straight tubes in size range of 6mm OD to 101.60mm OD with maximum length of 30 meters, while UTubes in size range of 15.87mm OD to 38.10mm OD. Non standard grades can be considered on request.
Mangalam can manufacture Tubes & U Tubes from Austenitic, Ferritic, Martensitic, Duplex & Super Duplex and High Alloy stainless steel.

Hot Finish Mother Hollow
Hot Finish Mother Hollows are produced by Piercing Bright Round Bars, in all grades and sizes from our own stainless steel melting and bright bar facility. They are used to produce seamless pipes & tubes.
Manufacturing is done under controlled chemistry to provide high quality of stainless steel.
Manufacturing program of Mother Hollow Bars are from Austenitic, Ferritic, Martensitic, Duplex & Super Duplex and High Alloy grades of stainless steel regularly used by industry. Non standard grades can be processed on request.
